Juice Cleanse + Organic Ave. Alternative

These pictures probably appear somewhat off putting but trust me, it was better in person!

To sum up my experience, I found a great juice recipe on Modelinia which apparently models use, as well as trainer Tracy Anderson.

I researched 'Organic Avenue' first to see what the fuss was all about (its $75 for 3 days) and they do look pretty great. Especially if you are short of time and at full time work. But for those of us who don't have money to burn, this recipe works great. It's a simple mix of vegetables and citrus fruits (some of the healthiest!) and honey to add a sweeter taste.

Tip: Chop up the vegetables first as your blender will get very full! You can add or detract anything you don't fancy.

  1. Ooo! I've been very curious about juice diets. How is it working for you?
